Our Services
Physical Audits
We provide physical audits and have staff members placed strategically throughout West Virginia. All of our staff members have been extensively trained to perform quality premium audits in a professional and timely manner. Prior to completion and submission of any physical audit, each audit is subjected to an extensive quality review process by one of our qualified review team members.
Telephone Premium Audits
We offer both verified and unverified telephone audit services. A verified telephone audit provides you with added assurance that information provided by the insured is complete and accurate.
A good example of where the added service provided by a verified telephone audit may be beneficial is in relation to a workers’ compensation policy. When we perform a verified telephone audit of a workers’ compensation policy, we request that the insured fax or email copies of the applicable quarterly 941’s and/or state unemployment reports during the telephone conversation.
All of our telephone audit staff members are trained and monitored on an ongoing basis and all completed telephone audits go through a rigorous review process prior to submission to the customer.
Telephone Surveys
We offer practical, cost effective, and independent information for your risk assessment needs. We provide “off-the-shelf” questionnaires, or we can utilize your company specific forms. We offer rapid turn-around and would be glad to discuss any special projects you have in mind.
Mail Premium Audits and Mail Premium Audits with Verification
A voluntary mail audit is normally selected as a low cost alternative for small policies that have relatively low exposure risk. We have computerized mailing and sorting capabilities and our experienced staff can manage and complete mail audit programs of any size.
