SCH Insurance Services is division of Smith, Cochran & Hicks, P.L.L.C., a regional certified public accounting firm based in West Virginia. Our philosophy is to serve our clients candidly and administer our affairs at the highest level of professional competency and integrity.

As our motto states, we firmly believe our greatest asset is our experienced and knowledgeable staff. We realize that our continued growth and success depends on the ability to recruit and retain the highest quality staff members we can find.

At present, our insurance services staff of approximately 30 individuals is comprised of professionals with a wide range of backgrounds. We have professionals on staff who hold designations such as the CIPA (Certified Insurance Premium Auditor), CPCU (Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter), APA (Associate in Premium Auditing), AU (Associate in Commercial Underwriting), as well CPA’s (Certified Public Accountants). We are fortunate to have such a diverse staff and feel our talent base sets us apart from the competition.

Although new to the premium audit industry, we have proven in a short period of time that we are capable of handling a large volume of audits, while maintaining exceptional quality. We began operations in July 2006, and successfully completed 33,000 premium audits by the end of that year.
